- Living Areas & Bedrooms Sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping accessible surfaces, furniture, and general tidying.
- Kitchen Countertops, sink, tap, stove surface, exterior cabinet surfaces and exterior appliance surfaces.
- Bathrooms & Toilets Toilet, sink, mirror, shower area, accessible fixtures and bathroom floors.
- Windows, Fans & Common Areas Accessible interior windows and glass, ceiling fans, doors, skirting, staircases and other reachable surfaces.
- Balcony & Car Porch Sweeping and mopping accessible balcony areas and sweeping accessible car porch areas.
- Additional Requests Ironing, fridge cleaning, cabinet interior cleaning and additional scrubbing can be requested, subject to available time.

A standard session is one cleaner, four hours, transport included. That covers the full room-by-room clean, not just the visible surfaces:

If you’d like the cleaner to bring their own tools and cleaning products, that’s a RM55 add-on. Everything else is included in the base price — no surprise line items. Ironing, fridge cleaning, and extra scrubbing are available on request when you book.
No advance payment, no contract to sign. You confirm the price on WhatsApp before anything is scheduled, and only pay after the clean is done and you’ve checked it.

- General Cleaning is a time-based service. The areas completed depend on the size and condition of your home, your cleaning priorities and the duration booked.
- For heavy grease, stubborn stains, mould, intensive scrubbing or renovation residue, please choose our Deep Cleaning or Post-Renovation Cleaning service.
