How is move-in/move-out cleaning priced?

Move-in and move-out cleaning starts from RM550. The final price depends on the property size, condition, amount of furniture and required cleaning scope. Send us your location, property type, approximate size, and photos or a walkthrough video via WhatsApp for an accurate quotation. Our service is available across Selangor and Kuala Lumpur.

How many cleaners and hours does each package include?

Depending on the property size, our move-in and move-out cleaning packages generally include 2 to 4 cleaners for approximately 5 to 7 hours. The final manpower and duration will be confirmed after we review the property’s condition, layout, and cleaning requirements through photos or a walkthrough video.

Can you dispose of items left behind by a previous tenant?

We can remove small amounts of general rubbish during the cleaning. Bulky items, furniture, appliances or large quantities of unwanted belongings are not included and may require a separate disposal service at an additional charge. Please send us photos in advance so we can assess and confirm the arrangement.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking your move-in or move-out cleaning as early as possible, especially for weekends and month-end dates. Once your moving or key-handover date is confirmed, contact us to check availability.

Do you provide cleaning tools for move in / move out package?

Yes. Our move-in and move-out cleaning service includes the necessary cleaning tools, products and equipment. If your property requires specialised equipment or treatment, we will inform you in advance if there is any additional charge.

Can I book this for a landlord deposit inspection

Yes. You can arrange move-out cleaning before the landlord or agent inspects the property. We will clean the agreed areas and prepare the unit for handover. However, cleaning does not guarantee the return of your deposit, as the final decision depends on your tenancy agreement and the property’s condition.

What if my property is bigger than your largest package tier?
